New Product Showcase Application Process

Step 1: Read the NPS policies to determine the eligibility of your product or service.
Step 2: Complete a SIA NPS New Product Showcase Entry Form and submit it to Fred Evanko at Reed by fax: 203-840-9965.

Step 3:

Complete the 2010 NPS Online Application Form

Applications are closed for the 2010 NPS Program
Step 4: Submit a company logo, 75-word product description, and high-resolution product photos (one 480 x 235 pixel image for web site carousel, one thumbnail image no larger than 120 x 120 pixels, and one full-sized image no larger than 250 x 250 pixels) through the FTP site. (You should receive login information via email after completing Step 2. For assistance, please email Jenny Martin at Reed.)

Step 5: Complete the Product Availability Affidavit and submit to Patricia Sherwood at SIA by fax (703-683-2469) or email psherwood@siaonline.org.
Deadline: March 1, 2010.
Step 6: At ISC West: Product presentations to judges on March 23, 2010 (the day before the show opens) and NPS Awards Ceremony on March 24, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.

Eligibility

To participate in the New Product Showcase program, your company and new product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Your company must be a contracted ISC West exhibitor.
  2. Your new product or service must have been released after April 1, 2009, and must be available for sale on or before the first day of ISC West, March 24, 2010.
